이진법으로 표현 된 문자열 S가 “10”이 되기 위해 특정 규칙을 몇 번 반복해야하는지, 그 과정을 통해 제거된 0의 갯수를 반환한다.

풀이 조건

문자열의 모든 0을 제거하고

제거하고 남은 1들의 갯수를 다시 2진법으로 변환하는 과정을 반복하면 된다.

            int del = 0;
            int cnt = 0;
